Restoration and renovation of a historic bank building in Walkerville.
Restoring 415 Devonshire
Designed by Albert Kahn in 1907, 415 Devonshire has long been part of Walkerville’s streetscape. The former bank is now home to The Aalten Group.
The restoration gave the building a new purpose. Extensive interior work, structural upgrades and new building systems support its next chapter as a contemporary workplace.
Rosati Group served as construction manager, continuing a relationship built through previous projects. Together, we helped bring a familiar landmark into a new generation of use.
